3 Log in or create an account Required

If you already have an account, please log in. Otherwise, choose to create a new one. This takes only a moment.

4 Select “User with a DNA kit to record” Required

Please simply continue to the next step.

5 Obtaining the saliva sample Irrelevant

If you already have your swab in hand, this selection is not important — however, you will need to choose something in order to proceed. This screen is part of the logistics flow, intended for those who are still waiting to receive their swab. Please make any selection and continue.

6 Account details Required

Only your email address and password matter here.

For your privacy, we kindly recommend that you avoid entering personal information in the remaining fields. Any placeholder values are acceptable — they simply allow you to proceed to the next step. These fields exist for logistical reasons arising from the platform’s current, temporary B2C use.

7 Register your swab Important

This is the most important screen in the whole process. Please take a little extra care here, as the following details directly affect the accuracy of your results.

Barcode

Enter the valid barcode printed on your swab. This links your sample to your account, so please double-check it.

Who will use this kit

Select Adult or Under 18.

Date of birth

The exact day is not essential — only the year of birth truly matters. Age influences certain results, particularly epigenetic (biological) aging, so the sample and the stated year should belong to the same person. DNA from an older person cannot be presented as that of a younger person without affecting accuracy.

Birth sex

Please record birth sex accurately. It corresponds to a different set of chromosomes, and an incorrect entry will reduce the accuracy of the analysis. DNA from a man cannot be reported as a woman’s, or vice versa.

Consent checkbox

The first two checkboxes are optional. If you are registering on your own behalf, please tick the final checkbox to confirm your consent.

For medical professionals registering on behalf of a patient If a medical professional completes the registration in the name of the test recipient, a properly signed informed-consent form is required. This document must explicitly grant the medical professional permission to carry out the registration on the recipient’s behalf.

8 Another logistics screen Irrelevant

Like Step 5, this screen is part of the logistics flow for those who do not yet have their swab. If your swab is already in hand, it is not relevant — please simply press Next to move forward.

9 Activate your account Required

On the final screen, you will receive an email with account activation link. Please press this button to activate your account and complete your registration.

10 Receive & read your results After results

Once the laboratory receives your sample, analysis typically takes four to six weeks. When your results are ready, you may download your PDF reports from your account.

Please protect your privacy Your genetic results are highly sensitive and personal. We kindly ask that you do not share these private results with AI tools or other third-party services. Keeping them to yourself is the safest way to protect your privacy.
